I’ve hit a ‘plateau.’
I can’t seem to get below 216lbs.
It’s incredibly frustrating because I’m putting in the work and I’m eating the way I should be and I’m still 216lbs or heavier. UGH! I did so well getting down to this weight but I’m not continuing to lose and I’m getting discouraged. I’m feeling more fit, so that’s good, but I still HAVE TO get under 200lbs in order to reach my goal.
I’m not giving up…but I don’t know how much harder I can work at this before seeing results.
